Dear Sarah,
Thank you and your crew for a wonderful learning and team building experience during the MWH meetings last month. Sailing, which was a foreign experience for me, tested my individual and my partner's collective ability to work as a team. It reinforced personal lessons for me and built better relationships among sailing partners. You have a wonderful program, which I recommend heartily to any organization seeking ways to improve teamwork and enhance personal awareness. You and your crew were terrific teachers and fun sailing partners.
Sincerely,
Ronald L. Rudolph

University of Denver STUDENT COMMENTS:
I want to express my sincere gratitude for the experience
you gave me over the past four days. I believe it will be one of the most
influential and important events of my life. All day today, I have been
reflecting on the people I got to know and the things we shared. It changed the
way I think, the way I feel and it gave me the beginnings of many friendships
that I know will last a lifetime. I cannot wait to get home this evening so I
can journal my experiences and the lessons I learned. People around me today
have commented on the change in my demeanor and the enthusiasm with which I
talk about the trip. When I signed
up to study for my MBA, I had no idea how amazing this adventure would be.
Warmest Regards,
Holly Burke
Hi all,
Thank you once again for the preparation and sacrifices that you each put forth to make the class possible. Your passion for teaching, sailing,
learning and participating in change was evident and infectious. I could
not think of four better people to take on such a responsibility.
I have not fully digested the magnitude of the experience yet but will
spend a good amount of time over the upcoming weeks/months attempting to understand what I learned and how it will impact me in the future.
I wish you all a happy and safe holiday.
Warmest regards,
Steve Garland
Distinguished skippers and fellow sailors,
Last weekend flew by, and things happened so fast on Sunday afternoon that I didn't get to shake your hands or hug you one more time. I wanted to thank you for having the patience to teach us all how to sail and help us understand the correlations to the business environment.
All of this, while having fun doing it. Annie, Dennis, Di and Clint, I hope you guys had as much fun as we did sailing with you. You guys rock! Sarah, Suzette and Paulette, even though we didn't get to sail together, we were observing and learning from you. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and wisdom.
This experience will always hold a special place in our memories. Wish you all the best.
As Buie would say, Fair Winds to you all!
Jose
Thank you to all those who took time to share their reflections with us.
